“I got married in Prague myself and spent half a year messaging vendors just to find out their prices.”
I’m Kateryna. I kept price lists in my notes, found out who spoke my language, and waited up to three days for replies. After the wedding my friends started asking for contacts, and that is how this guide began.
I check every vendor personally: I look at full wedding galleries, not just Instagram, ask about contracts and deposits, and confirm the languages they work in. A place in the guide cannot be bought.

The catalogue is split into 11 sections in the order vendors are usually booked.
Filter by price and language, and save favourites by section: one vendor for each.
Access is intended for one user and cannot be passed on to third parties. To protect the content, pages may carry a personal watermark with the account owner’s details, and the number of devices signed in at the same time may be limited.
Prices are current as of the moment the listing was agreed with the vendor. The guide is not responsible for price changes made by vendors. We aim to update prices every season.
The guide takes no commission and is not involved in payments to vendors. The guide is also not responsible for agreements you make with a vendor. We provide the catalogue; the choice is yours.
If you had a negative experience with a vendor from the guide, please let us know. We will review the information and, if necessary, reconsider their place in the catalogue. The guide is not a party to your agreements with the vendor and does not mediate disputes.
A vendor’s presence in the guide does not mean we have worked with them personally or guarantee the quality of their services. We collect and organise information so you can compare options more easily. The final choice of vendor is always yours.
Before paying a deposit, always confirm with the vendor the current price, your date’s availability, what the package includes, any extra costs and the terms for cancelling or rescheduling. The guide helps you get your bearings, but the terms agreed directly with the vendor are what count.
The guide is a living product: we may add new vendors, update information or remove profiles. The contents of the catalogue at the time of purchase may therefore change.

Full planning or on-the-day coordination. A lifesaver if you don’t live in Prague or don’t speak Czech.
Documentary, portraits and film. Each one lists how many hours a package covers and when the photos will be ready.
Film, teaser and vertical clips. Each one lists how long the film takes and whether drone footage is included.
In Russian, Ukrainian, Czech and English, including bilingual weddings with Czech guests.
Styling for the ceremony and reception: arches, textiles, candles and lighting. Each studio lists what is rented and what is bought.
Bridal bouquet, boutonnieres and table arrangements. Seasonal flowers cost less and last longer.
DJs, cover bands and string trios for the ceremony. Each one lists whether they bring their own sound and lights.
Makeup and hair with a trial and on-site getting ready. Many artists also do mums and bridesmaids.
Boutiques, designers and rentals. A boutique dress takes 4-6 months; a rental can be found within a month.
Cakes, candy bars and desserts. Tastings are noted on each card.

Documentary and portraits in natural light. I shoot calmly and unobtrusively: no staged poses, but carefully planned light. I have worked in Prague since 2017 and know the best spots for morning walks and the rooftops you can get onto by arrangement.
After you register you will see the card details and the amount. Make the transfer and put the email you registered with in the payment reference. Online card payment is coming later.

Six months from activation. That is enough to choose all your vendors without rushing. If you need more time, access can be extended.
Yes. We add new vendors and update prices with them, and remove those who have stopped working.
Access is personal. Vendor contacts stay between us and you, which is why guide pages carry a watermark with your email.
